IREP__

For recruiters, talent teams & hiring managers

Become IREP.

You don't need new software, a bigger budget, or anyone's permission. You need four changes and the will to be auditable. Start by next Tuesday. Climb as high as you want.

Three paths. All self-declared.

Like adopting an open-source license: you choose your level, you display it, you answer for it. Nobody certifies you — and nobody can revoke you but your own practice.

Starter

~2 WEEKS · YOUR NEXT ROLE

The four moves: strip categories before evaluation, untime the assessment, two evaluators scored blind, count who survived each stage.

Runs on the tools you already have. One redactor, one written rubric, one honest count.

You may say: "We follow the IREP Commitment."

Aligned

~2 MONTHS · FULL PIPELINE

The complete evaluation pipeline per the Implementation Guide: role standard written first, redaction channel, bounded-window work samples, declared AI rules, dual scoring with a disagreement protocol, documented rationale on every decision.

You may say: "Our process is IREP-aligned."

Steward

~6 MONTHS · FULL PROTOCOL + PUBLISHED AUDITS

Everything above, plus the part that makes it IREP in full: the lawful, firewalled demographic audit channel — and you publish your stage-by-stage equity audits, including the uncomfortable ones.

Stewards don't get a certificate. They get something better: receipts.

You may say: "We are an IREP Steward."

The recruiter kit

Everything below is free, open, and yours to use commercially. No email wall. No login. That's the point.

The rules of declaration

Self-declared. You adopt a level the way you adopt a license: publicly, under your own responsibility.

Nobody certifies. Nobody validates. There is no authority to apply to, and none to hide behind.

Daylight is the enforcement. If you display a declaration you don't live by, anyone may — politely, publicly — ask you to show your homework: the rubrics, the redaction step, the dual scores, the audit counts.

The commons has no police. It has daylight.
